What factors have been found to be effective in persuasion?

The most important factor in effective persuasion is communication in all its different venues. Starting with language as a mean to express ourselves with others, followed by TV, advertisement, politics, books, newspapers and son.

I will talk about the origin of the word and meaning and use since then by illustrating it with what we do as an individual on our daily life, in our society and by quoting others and their understanding of effective persuasion.
