Understanding Your Living Body

Everyday in people’s daily schedule, there is always a time for meals to fit in. A breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner are meals taken each day to help gain nutrition for your body and energy for you to work. In different kinds of foods, people choose to eat food that are based on their culture because they feel comfortable with the foods that the culture they are in. Some people prefer to eat a variety of different cultured foods for their experience.
