Should cell phones be allowed while driving?

Cell phones have become a way of life. They are one of the most common and convenient communication devices available today. The Canadian government should not pass a law which bans the use of cell phones while driving for reasons including emergencies, freedom of rights and business purposes.

In emergencies, a cell phone is convenient. Cell phones can be used to report accidents, call for help when somebody's car breaks down, and when there is imminent danger. Cell phones are life-savers. They are not allowed while driving, many things could not be prevented from happening.
