Personal Exercise Plan

Patricia is a 45 year-old mother of two (a girl of 14 and a boy of 11). She works four days a week in a department store. On a height/weight ratio graph she is a good healthy weight for her height. She eats a balanced diet although at times she may include a little too much fatty food. She has no history of illness or injury but she feels her levels of stress are too high. She has a very busy lifestyle looking after her two children and working. She finds little time to sit and relax, but has little energy at the end of the day. She drives a 10 min journey to work each day and does no exercise above her daily lifestyle requirements, but she is on her feet all day at work.

Patricia used to generally enjoy sport when she was younger. She especially liked Low Impact Aerobics, Swimming and Badminton. She dislikes jogging because she finds it uncomfortable. She does not own a bicycle. There is a swimming pool approx. 10min car journey away.
