Pandas

The giant panda is a black and white bear that lives in the bamboo forest in Northern Szechwan forest and Kansu in China. In my report you’ll see that the panda is an interesting and somewhat mysterious animal.
While doing my research out of the encyclopedia and National Geographic, I learned a lot of new information on the panda I didn’t know before. As you read my report, this beautiful bear will amaze you. Unfortunately, the panda is losing its battle for survival.
Female panda are great mothers. They take extra special care of their cubs. Mother pandas keep their babies close by them for the first month.
The giant panda of China are losing their battle for survival. Hunting and destruction of bamboo forests have drastically reduced their range. The panda’s range is about 2.6 square miles located on ridges and on valleys.
Pandas eat 22 to 40 pounds of bamboo leaves and stems daily. When...
