In the book The Diary Of A Young Girl there is a 13-year-old

named Anne Frank. This story is mainly about the Holocaust and how a

family tried to save themselves from being victims of death. Anne as well

as her family was Jewish and at that time Hitler was taking over. Anne’s

father Mr. Frank had a hiding place that they could use incase of a phone

call from the police. They stayed there for 2 years and then were found

and taken to concentration camps. Anne’s father is the only family

member who had lived. Anne had died of an illness in a concentration

camp at 15 years old. No matter what has passed away in real life the

memories will still live on forever.


This all took place in Amsterdam, Holland. Anne and her family

were in her father’s secret hiding place above his office where he used to

work at. Called the “Secret Annex.” There was a second and third story
